Our extensive domain expertise assist us in manufacturing a
wide range of liquid spray painting plants. Available in varied
configurations, these spray painting plants can also be custom design as
per the application needs of our clients. Further, we offer two types of

We offer powder coating plants which helps to paint solids and spray products in an atomized powder form. Powder coating plants helps in powder coating on products in an environment friendly method. Further, our powder coating painting plant help to draw powder to the product and adheres to the product due to an electrostatic charge applied to the powder during spraying. This process helps to cover the product with powder paint and is then heated to around 200 degrees centigrade in an oven, wherein the powder fuses (melts) on to the product and thus helps to forms a smooth, tough and resilient coating.
We offer dip/spray pre-treatment plant, which is a
conventional pre-treatment system and suitable for low volume production
lines. The chemicals are stored in the MS/SS fabricated tanks of our
system. Further, the components are placed in the baskets or cages of our
range and are dipped in each process tank for pre-fixed period of time.
Moreover, the movement of the basket or cage is manual with a monorail and
hoist as well as automatic with a transporter system.
